A handful of times a year, the gates open to everyone: seasonal markets, farm days, and two big ticketed holiday nights that turn the whole property into an event of its own.

Seasonal markets
Small vendor markets held on the grounds throughout the year, timed around the property's quieter weekends.
Garden trail activations
The garden rooms get decorated by season: trunk-or-treat stations in the fall, Santa photo stops in December.
November & December signature events
The two biggest nights of the year, ticketed and intentionally limited, built to make the slower part of the calendar something people plan around.
Farm & animal encounters
Visits with the property's horses, donkeys, goats, and highland cows as they join the grounds.
