The Single Day Wedding (Entire Property)

One-day rental of the property. Host the ceremony & reception.

Overnight accommodations available as an add-on (House, sleeps up to 10, see Overnight Accommodations).

  • Guest capacity: up to 350 guests
  • Amenities included: 41 tables, 350 chairs, linens (by request), preferred vendor list provided (caterer, DJ, and more), so you can book directly with the pros you like.

Access Times

  • 8:00am: Access to main venue/barn, courtyard & covered patio ONLY
  • 12:00pm: Access to Pavilion, Gathering Grove & ceremony site
  • 3:00pm: Access to overnight rental unit (House)
  • 11:00pm: Reception end time (last call 10:30pm)
  • 1:00am: Cleanup complete; all personal & rented items out of venue
  • 11:00am (next day): Checkout of overnight rental unit

*Other guests may be on property from the previous night until 11:00am.
